Complete master bathroom remodel featuring dark charcoal slate tile flooring, walnut Shaker-style double vanity with warm grey quartz countertop, and updated shower and tub surround with coordinated beige/greige porcelain tile and matte black fixtures throughout.

Complete guest bathroom renovation featuring new curbless tile shower, updated vanity and countertops, and large-format slate tile flooring with coordinated warm neutral finishes throughout.

Complete laundry room renovation: remove cabinet and sink, install floor-to-ceiling white Shaker hall tree and upper cabinetry, new porcelain tile flooring, and updated trim throughout.

Update all trim and doors throughout the entire house (2,700 sq ft). Budget TBD — need contractor quotes.

Remove sidelight window panes on both sides of the front door and install a new, potentially larger front door.

Add faux beams to the great room ceiling. Definitely want one full ridge beam spanning the entire ceiling peak. Undecided on whether to add spaced rib beams running from the ridge down to the walls.
