Demo existing laundry room. Install new floor drain (plumbing work required), luxury vinyl plank flooring, upper cabinet storage, open shelving, and a custom hall tree unit near garage entry. New paint throughout.
No floor drain currently. Existing washer/dryer hookups in place. Builder-grade shelving only.

Homeowner supplies flooring material, cabinet units, hall tree. Contractor supplies all labor, plumbing rough-in for drain, and installation materials.
