Open drywall wall, no existing built-ins. Standard outlet placement.

22ft × 18ft, 9ft ceilings

Materials & Supply

Homeowner supplying all MDF, paint, and hardware. Contractor to supply fasteners and trim.

Additional Notes

Sourcing materials from Home Depot and Lowes. Plan to use primed MDF for painted finish.
