Scope of Work
Remove sidelight window panes on both sides of the front door and install a new, potentially larger front door.
Remove existing front door and two flanking sidelight panels. Frame opening for a new wider single or double door (TBD based on quotes). Install new exterior door with weatherstripping, new hardware, and exterior trim. Interior casing to be finished to match existing.
36" single entry door with narrow sidelight windows on both sides. Six-panel oak-tone door with arched fan-lite glass insert. Satin nickel hardware with smart lock. Frame is structurally sound. Exterior is vinyl/fiber cement lap siding (not brick as previously noted).
Existing opening approx 72" wide including sidelights. Door appears to be standard 36" width.
Door unit to be selected and supplied by homeowner. Contractor supplies framing labor, trim, weatherstripping, and installation.
