Scope of Work
New kitchen cabinets and backsplash.
Remove and replace all upper and lower kitchen cabinets. Install new tile backsplash from counter to upper cabinets. Countertops to remain (quartz, good condition). Appliances will be disconnected/reconnected by contractor.
20-year-old builder-grade oak cabinets, painted. Existing tile backsplash to be demoed. Quartz countertops in good condition, staying.
Kitchen approx 18ft × 14ft open to dining
Homeowner purchasing cabinets through supplier; contractor to pick up and install. Homeowner supplies backsplash tile. Contractor supplies labor and all installation materials.
